REGARDING BYE-LAW 11
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYABLE BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE REGISTERED VALUERS ORGANISATION
Dear RV members,
You are requested to draw your attention to the following:
ANNEXURE-III of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules-2017
1. Bye-law 11 of Model Bye-laws of a Registered Valuers Organisation:
“Membership Fee”.

The Organisation may require the members to pay a fixed sum of money as its annual membership fee.”

2. Bye-law 30 of Model Bye-laws of a Registered Valuers Organisation:
“Expulsion from Membership”.
30. A member shall be expelled by the organisation-
(c) Upon non-payment of membership fee despite at least two notices served in writing..”

INSTRUCTIONS RECEIVED
The matter of fee structure is already revised as per the instructions of the authority received during May last year regarding the yearly annual membership fee.
As per Bye-law 11 of Model Bye-laws of a Registered Valuers Organisation of Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, the Annual Membership Fee payable for this financial year is already introduced in the fee structure at Serial No-04 which is displayed on the website of the organization in a very transparent manner and we are adhering to follow the instructions of the authority immediately whenever received.

All details of pending arrears previous FY as of 01/04/2022 are displayed in the RVs directory in your row.
Note:- The Retainership package of the RVs has been withdrawn by the organization with immediate effects on 2nd July considering the instructions regarding the Bye-Law of the authority for the annual membership fee payable by every member however, the Retainers can enjoy the Subsidised fee for this FY & free CEP Package under the retainer-ship facilities (up to the exhausting of the fee paid by them till further notice).
It is not possible to contact each and every member personally, each time on every update done by the organization.
You are therefore requested to visit the website (and other social media platforms) of the organization on regular basis to have knowledge of all the updates being done from time to time as other members do.
